At DNA Química, we offer a comprehensive range of solutions focused on Asset Integrity Management, which can be applied either individually or in an integrated manner according to the client’s needs. Our goal is to maximize operational and energy efficiency, reduce costs, extend the service life of assets and lubricants, and ensure the reliability and sustainability of industrial processes.

|| Diagnostic and Technical Reports

 

We use predictive maintenance techniques based on used lubricant analyses to identify potential failures in automotive and industrial equipment, anticipating interventions and preventing operational losses. We offer three diagnostic modalities:

 

  • Service 1L – Technical Report:

 

The client performs the analysis at a laboratory of their choice and provides us with the results. DNA Química issues an interpretative report based on the received data.

 

  • Service 2L – Laboratory + Report:


The client sends samples to a laboratory recommended by DNA Química. We carry out the complete diagnosis, from analysis to issuing the technical report.

 

  • Service ANALU – Lubrication Assessment:


Ideal for companies with an accumulated archive of reports. We analyze existing data to identify recurring failures, prioritize based on criticality, and guide interventions. Each piece of equipment (TAG) is evaluated individually, focusing on promoting best practices in lubrication, maintenance, and control by production area.

|| Lubrication Plans

 

We develop Lubrication Plans tailored to the client’s reality, which can be integrated with existing internal systems. The plans include:

  • Proper selection and application of new lubricants
  • Periodic monitoring of the performance of applied products
  • Emphasis on the use of synthetic lubricants, when necessary, to enhance performance and extend change intervals

 

 

If the client has lubrication software, our plan can be implemented directly on the contracting company’s platform.

|| Conservation Plan

 

We develop Conservation Plans focused on the efficient use of degreasers, with an emphasis on:

  • Biodegradable, sustainable, and easy-to-handle products
  • Formulations that are non-corrosive to equipment, preserving the integrity of components and materials
  • Alternatives that minimize environmental impact, avoiding overload on the effluent treatment system (ETS)

 

 

These plans can be applied either individually or in an integrated manner, depending on the process and industrial sector served.
